#SignatureDrink - Cactus Pear Margaritas at LBCEC
Our convention center is located on the water in the heart of Southern California so you had to know we’d choose a margarita as our signature drink!
Our Cactus Pear Mini Margaritas are each served in a 200mL Patron Silver bottle, making it not only easy to carry around but super fun to drink! We love pairing them with our mini tacos. Here’s a quick and easy recipe for our #SignatureDrink but you can always put your own spin on things!
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces White Tequila
- 4 ounces Cointreau
- 4 ounces Cactus Pear juice
- 2 ounces Roses Lime juice
Directions:
Place tequila, Cointreau, cactus pear and lime juice in a shaker with ice cubes and mix until cold.
Divide among bottles. Yields about 4 servings
