Our 23K sq ft facility (with additional 6k sq ft of outdoor event space) provides a fantastic canvas for an imaginative planner to envision multiple experiences within a single facility holding up to 1500 people.

Built by famed architect Elmer Grey (Beverly Hills Hotel, Pasadena Playhouse), 440 Elm has held significant gatherings since its inception. Now, as a special events venue with in-house catering by Bite Catering Couture, it offers a team excited to craft custom themed experiences for you and your guests.
