Built in 1903, Altar is the oldest standing building in Downtown Long Beach. Originally a masonic temple, many vintage details of the remodeled temple have been preserved, including the arched painted ceilings, ornate light fixtures and sturdy columns. The original wood floorsf exposed brick and visible piping give the space an unfinished, industrial loft aesthetic. With three levels of event space, there are endless possibilities for you to curate your dream wedding, plan an epic corporate event, dance the night away at private concert, host the sweetest baby shower, and so much more.
