The Levant is the place where the sun rises, geographically it covers the region bordering the eastern Mediterranean Sea. This region hosted a vast variety of cultures throughout history creating what is now known as the Levantine Cuisine which is the specialty of Ammatoli. The result is a cuisine that is tasty and exotic. Levantine food is the epitome of the Mediterranean diet, cuisine that goes under the heading "healthy food", high on vegetables and big on flavor!
