Locali Seasoned offers curated cooking class food experiences located at Partake Collective in downtown Long Beach. Each unique class offers the expertise and guidance of a local chef in the community and is followed up with a relaxing dinner party around our communal dining table providing a full culinary experience from start to finish. The cooking class portion is held in a state of the art industrial kitchen with the dining experience located in our private dining space. Each aspect of the night contributes to you being able to walk away with a better understanding and deeper appreciation for the meal you have prepared and the people you have prepared it with. We offer curated classes that are open to the public and we can also accommodate corporate team building, birthday parties or family get-togethers for up to 18 guests. We handle everything from the chef, curated menu, drinks, music and decor. We got you covered! When we all come to the table with an openness and willingness to learn and contribute the result is a perfectly seasoned experience.
