L'Opera was established in 1990 in a historical clock tower building on the corner of First Street & Pine Ave in Downtown Long Beach. Chef Walter Cotta shops at local farmers' and produce markets throughout the week to ensure the best quality ingredients. His menu includes a number of vegan and gluten free items that are sure to please all palates. Our pastas, raviolis, focaccia bread, sauces and desserts are homemade. All of our beef is certified Sterling Silver. For lunch, dinner or a private event, L'Opera is a must destination.
