History: In 2000, several dedicated business leaders realized the enormous potential of the Hispanic business community in the Southern California Region and envisioned the need for a Regional organization to represent its interests before the public and private sectors.
During the same year the (RHCC) was incorporated in the state of California. This was the first step in creating a structured organization aimed at developing a business network that would provide the business community with cohesion and strength. Since its inception, the Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has developed many distinguished programs to Empower, Enhance and Educate the Southern California Business Community.
