Art Workshop: Mini Tapestries

The Kleefeld Contemporary Art Museum on the campus of Cal State Long Beach will host a free drop-in art workshop on March 27.

Led by the CSULB Fiber Arts Club, participants will hand-weave mini tapestries using mini looms, yarn, beads, and more! You can sketch a plan or freestyle as you create. Your DIY tapestries are yours to keep!

This workshop is inspired by artist Terri Friedman’s work Green Placebo (2019) on display in Inner Vision: Abstraction and Cognition. Free and open to the public, no RSVP required.
