Union, the restaurant inside Compound, is hosting a new Supper Club Dinner Series curated by Union Chef-in-Residence Eugene Santiago featuring an imaginative multi-course menu that showcases some of the most talented and prominent local chefs.

In November, experience a "Friendsgiving" themed dinner as Long Beach's own culinary talent and rising stars come together for a true unified collaboration that celebrates community, culture, tradition and origins of our food from culinary hotspots across the globe - chef lineup to be announced.
