Polar Plunge

This invigorating experience involves a brief dip into cold water, helping to boost your energy, improve circulation, and strengthen your mind-body connection.

Human Aeon will host their second annual Polar Plunge on January 2. Whether it’s your first plunge or you’re a seasoned cold-water enthusiast, Human Aeon will support you as you take the leap into the new year. The energizing cold plunge experience is followed with access to warm amenities. Attendees are asked to bring a bathing suit, towel, and warm layers for after the plunge.
