Sound Bathing

The Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden on the campus of California State University, Long Beach hosts Sound Bathing sessions led by in-house Reiki Master Alana Weinberg on the fourth Sunday of each month.

Sound Bathing (Sound Healing) is an ancient and timeless practice used to celebrate, communicate and transcend.

Indulge your senses and balance your chakras as you fully relax and surrender in the gardens to a sound bath designed to bring healing and alignment to all of your chakras. This healing experience will include a short guided meditation, Chakra balancing singing bowls, and Reiki.

No experience necessary. Mats provided or bring your own. Also, bring anything you might need to bring greater comfort or nurture such as a blanket, pillow or eye mask.
