Sushi Making Class

Join Locali Seasoned for a cooking class held at Partake Collective. Chef Erwin Angeles, the Chef and owner of Kihon Sushi in Long Beach, will offer an evening dedicated to mastering the art of preparing traditional Japanese dishes. After the class, gather around our shared dining table for a seated dinner party, where you can unwind, socialize with fellow participants, and savor the delicious food. California Rolls- Imitation crab, avocado and cucumber
Philadelphia Rolls- Salmon, cream cheese and cucumber
Tuna hand rolls- Spicy tuna wrapped in seaweed
Mochi ice cream for dessert- scoop of ice cream wrapped in a sweet rice dough
