Thanksgiving at Fuego

Celebrate #MayaMania Thanksgiving with family and friends, either at home or in Fuego, and savor the award-winning creations of Executive Chef Luis Torres on Thursday, November 28, from 4 to 10 p.m.
Fuego will also be serving the #MayaMania Thanksgiving specialty fall cocktail, Firepit Fiesta with Herradura Anejo Tequila, brown sugar, graham crackers, pumpkin spice and liquid smoke.
From Fuego’s kitchen to your table, enjoy a Thanksgiving Family Dinner for six that is available for “Pick Up” the week of Thanksgiving, from Monday, November 25 through Wednesday, November 27. Orders must be placed and paid for by November 24 online or by phone at 562-481-3910.
The Fuego Thanksgiving meal for home serves six people for $285-plus tax and includes a Garlic and Herb Roasted Mary’s Farm Turkey; Soyrizo Cornbread Stuffing; Rosemary Turkey Gravy; Roasted Brussels Sprouts with spiced mole, sesame and panela; Potato Puree; Candied Acorn Squash with piloncillo, cinnamon and marshmallow; and Spiced Cranberry Compote. A wide array of red, white and bubbly wines, and holiday cocktails are also available at individual pricing.
Executive Chef Luis Torres Thanksgiving Fuego dine-in, four-course prix fixe menu features a first course with Roasted Carrot and Parsnip Soup with spiced walnuts and Arbol crème fraîche.
The holiday second course offers a choice of Roasted Delicata Squash Salad with shaved fennel, pomegranate, Manchego and Pepita pesto; or Pan Seared Diver Scallops with celery root puree, maple braised pears, Pancetta Lardons and parsley oil.
The Thanksgiving third course includes a selection of Garlic and Herb Roasted Mary’s Farm Turkey with roasted Brussels sprouts, potato puree, Soyrizo cornbread stuffing, spiced cranberry compote and Rosemary pan jus; Creekstone Farms Roasted Prime Rib with jumbo asparagus, mushroom fricassee, roasted garlic potato puree and red wine demi-glace; Pan Seared Faroe Island Salmon with persimmons, English peas, pickled shallots, butternut squash puree and preserved lemon beurre blanc; or Cinderella Pumpkin and Wild Mushroom Risotto with aged Gouda, hazelnut and sage.
For the holiday dessert there is the choice of Warm Apple Tart with salted caramel ice cream and crème anglaise; or Pepita Crusted Pumpkin Cheesecake with Chantilly cream.
