Vibe Up & Rise: A Community Movement Celebration

Join us on January 25th for Vibe Up & Rise, a unique event designed to bring our Long Beach community together through movement. Movement is one of the containers at Human Aeon, and we believe finding the right practice is fundamental to cultivating well-being. This is your time to get moving, feel good, and connect with others in a fun, energetic environment.

The event kicks off with breathwork and movement led by two talented Human Aeon facilitators to help ground and wake up the body. The music will be led by the amazing DJ Cinergy (@djcinergy), setting the tone for the energy to rise as we move together.

Next, get ready for the Free Your Mind Dance Challenge https://www.dropeverythinganddance.com. Here’s the twist: you won’t know the music until it hits your ears, and with spontaneous prompts, you’ll dance like never before. It’s unpredictable, wild, and guaranteed fun!

Throughout the event, we’ll be supporting local businesses, with incredible vendors offering unique products and experiences, alongside giveaways that celebrate our Long Beach community.
