Which Olympic Games are in Long Beach?

Long Beach will host eight Olympic events, the most of any city outside of Los Angeles. The events & venues:

Olympic History in Long Beach

Olympic history is woven into the fabric of Long Beach, as it hosted rowing and sailing events in 1932 and sailing, fencing, and archery in 1984. Some of the same facilities will be the sites of competition in 2028, like Marine Stadium, which hosted rowing in 1932. In 2028, Marine Stadium will once again host the rowing competition, as well as canoe-sprint. In addition, competitions in sailing will be held at Belmont Shore, marathon swimming and triathlon at Alamitos Beach, handball inside the Long Beach Arena, and water polo in a temporary pool constructed behind the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center.
